These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PoliPro app and related services (the "Service"), operated by PoliPro, Inc. ("PoliPro," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 17 years old to use the Service. By using PoliPro, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Use of the Service
PoliPro provides informational and educational content about political topics. The content is for general informational purposes only and is not legal, financial, or professional advice. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with others' use of it.
Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Your Content
You may submit reflections, notes, or feedback. You retain ownership of what you submit and grant PoliPro a limited license to use it to operate and improve the Service. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality within PoliPro — including text, design, branding, and software — are the property of PoliPro, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the Service without prior written permission.
No Guarantees
We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or outcomes from using the Service. Political topics are complex and evolving, and reasonable disagreement is expected. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PoliPro, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
Apple App Store
If you download PoliPro from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and PoliPro, Inc. only, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Service. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You also agree to comply with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
